Today we asked some friends over to try out our newest experiment – strombolis and calzones. Turns out they were hungry for Taco Pizza. I couldn’t disappoint, so I made all three! The kitchen was abuzz for about an hour as I made a stromboli, a calzone, a Taco Pizza and a pepperoni/cheese for the kids!

This time I added salami to the bolis and tried to be a bit more conservative with my steam slits. All went well, but sauce on the edge of the calzone crust allowed it to separate at the seam during baking. Thankfully, no one seemed to care!
