		<description>I love your site!  I was just browsing for a good New York pizza recipe when I came upon it.  By the way, you would have loved to have chatted my brother-in-law this weekend: He makes pizza at a NY-style pizzeria.  Since he and the owner are from NY, they really know their stuff!  In fact, he gave me tips about pizza making which I had never used, such as proofing, etc..(I had always just rise my dough in a warm place, never figuring out how good NY-style pizza is made.)  Your site, though, gave me good additional insight as I continue my own quest for my handmade perfect pizza.

Keep up the good work and the pie-making!   :-)
