Peach and Cinnamon Pizza with Almonds
We went for another round of cinnamon peach dessert pizza tonight! The base was 48 hour boli dough which produced a great crust with nice big voids. This time, I added some slivered almonds to give the pizza some texture. All said, I think the nuts helped, but this pizza is very good without them as well.
