		<description>If you ask me, that&#039;s too much for flour. I pretty much switched to King Arthur flours for my bread and pizza doughs, but since I use their unbleached AP flour for my pizza dough (per Reinhardt), high gluten flour just ain&#039;t fer me!</description>
