We have a Pizza place here called "Original Italian Pizza" affectionately called "OIPs" by us locals. They make a pizza they call the stuffed pizza and it is just the best meat pizza my husband and I have ever had. We would love how to make it at home,but have yet to figure out what all meats they use to get such a wonderful flavor. Oh and they also cook it must be in a deep dish round pan since it has a bottom and top crust which looks like it is laid on top of the dish once it's stuffed. It's just the best!! Bill,
