I have so much to tell you
Now THAT was a long break! Taking a short break from posting turned into a long dry spell and for that I apologize. The good news is that I was still making pizzas and taking photos during that time. I’ll be posting a few new experiments here in the next few weeks.

Bill, you have saved my butt. I have guys here wanting food and i’m making your stromboli, albeit, i didn’t let the dough proof in the fridge. And since i can’t find Cento Pizza Sauce in ORegon, i also thank you for the Neopolitan sauce recipe. I think. I burnt my taste buds trying to check it out.

Maybe you should open the site up….. I’m sure you could create a huge following from around the world. I wouldn’t think the way you cook your pizza is the same way someone does in, say, Italy, France, Australia or even Japan. But we all love pizza and techniques could be shared.

Coincidentally, I just discovered your website today! I was trying to figure out why my thin crust is too hard (I think you could use it to shovel snow)!
